Wow, three weeks of getting healthier. I still have a cough, but I slept better last night. There was a market trip first thing and then I did aerobic steps to:

Now this step workout by Jenny Ford is tough because there are no water breaks built in, but it gets your heart rate up and gives you some great cardio and lots of steps. I took water breaks. About 5. I also added my Bala Bangles for extra burn. I’ll use her video’s again.

It’s a beautiful day here. Some wind.

So, one week a month, 7–8 days after the full moon, we get Box Jellyfish week. It prevents me from going to the beach as I have already been stung since we arrived here and would prefer not to get another one. So I stare from my 500 square feet at the clouds and Diamondhead. I can see one inch of the ocean from my kitchen window.

As well, during this time, my menopause symptoms act up. More hot flashes, more nausea. It can make it hard to get enough motivation to work out.

The second protein shake has been drunk. I only did a half portion this morning to get me going, then a full portion after workout one and then there will be a…
