Vaginal Dryness? Go Ahead and Masturbate
You would think that with everything thrown at us during this time in our lives, menopause would be just a touch easier, right?
Vaginal Dryness. Not a problem I have ever experienced, and I send my condolences to those of you that have this problem. It blows. BUT I have researched it a ton, well, because I talk to women like you, and that is what you want to know. So here goes.

I went back to menopause.org for more information on this, and here is the simple version:
Less estrogen may cause the tissues of the vulva and the lining of the vagina to become thinner, drier, and less elastic or flexible.
What’s the solution? Masturbate. A lot. Just do it. Not kidding.
